Knowing how to use FTP is essential to get hosted. I will skip the stuff
about what it is and what it is for. I will go straight to how to use a FTP
client.
- Get a copy of a FTP client. You can find lots of them on the internet. I
prefer Filezilla, though. It’s free and easy to use. You can download it here. - Install the client.
- Run the program.
- At the top of the program window, there are 4 empty boxes: Host, FTP
username, FTP password and Localhost.
Put the details from the hosting information email that had been sent to
you.
Host: ftp.nekonette.com
FTP username: yourusername@nekonette.com
FTP password: yourftppassword
Leave the localhost box empty. - Login.
That’s all, you can start uploading you files now.
