It is important for potential buyers to read the following notes carefully before deciding to buy anything from this site:
- Clothing come from smoke-free home. I do have cats but they have never been anywhere near the items.
- I accept payment through PayPal or Moneybookers only. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card/debit card with PayPal.
- I do not charge buyers PayPal fees. The total cost you see in the invoice will only consist of price of item + shipping fee.
- I only ship from Brunei Darussalam via registered airmail/EMS with partial tracking. If you would like the item to be shipped without tracking/EMS, payment will have to be made with PayPal gift option but I will subtract $5 from the shipping fee.Â
- Shipping fee depends on the weight of item. I know this might sound expensive and I have tried to reduce the price as much as possible but please understand that shipping from Brunei is pretty costly /cry . However, if you purchase 2 or more items, I can do combined shipping – this will reduce the shipping fee for each item.
- Shipping/delivery times for registered airmail may take up to 30 days or so while EMS may take up to 25 days, depending on destinations.
- I usually ship out the items 1-3 days after receiving payment and I always inform buyers of the day/date when I ship the items out. In the event I cannot ship out the items on the said day/date, I will notify the buyers.
- Once the item(s) has been shipped out, I will no longer be responsible for it/them.
