I know I’ve been MIA lately. I haven’t been on my blog, not even on Twitter and it seemed like I had disappeared from the interwebs. Truth be told, I was on the other side of the internet.[1. I don’t exactly know where this ‘other side’ is. Perhaps it’s safer to refer to it as ‘elsewhere’ instead?] I’ve kept myself busy with other things to actually say attention to this blog (shame on me!), which resulted in the big pile of comments that need to be returned. Honestly, I don’t think I’d be able to reply to those comments, seeing how long the time has lapsed between the time the comments were posted and my replies so I just decided to visit each of the commenters’ websites and comment their posts without making any references to the comments they left here. It’s fair that way as that way as I’m sure no one will remember what they posted here and there’s no point of bringing up something from weeks ago. Ahem.
Anyway, here’s a summary of what I’ve been doing for the past few weeks:
- Created a blog layout for someone I didn’t even know. I had no idea why I agreed to this but luckily the layout only took me less than one night to finish.
- Did some shopping for makeups. I’m never one to like makeup but lately I’m taking interest in it.
- Reviving my interest in pixeling. Yes, you read that right. I’m into pixel graphics, again. I even made some (not very good, but I did try).
- Visiting some cutesy forums and game websites.
- Reading some manga: Code: Breaker and Hana Yori Dango.
- Visiting some cutesy forums and game websites.
Okay, I think you’ve seen enough. By now, you would’ve noticed how unproductive my days were(are?). This is to be expected, because ever since I completed my teaching practice, I’ve been doing absolutely nothing to find myself a job. I’m spending my days at home, with a fixed (boring) routine; cleaning, laundry, jabbing away on the keyboard. For any sensible person, this would be enough to drive him/her insane.
