I finally bought the Sony Cyber-shot camera (read this post if you have no idea what I’m referring to). I was really ecstatic about the camera and I can’t stop fiddling with it. It’s lighter (weight!) than I imagined so I really have to be careful with it. 🙂 The first picture I took with the camera was some random snapshot of my foot and it isn’t worth showing here so I’ll just post the second photo instead. /love
Sometime ago I tweeted about me getting a new car. The truth is, the car wasn’t for me but for my mom for her birthday. The car finally arrived yesterday and though I was itching to test drive it, it was already dark when I arrived home so the test drive will have to wait until maybe Friday. The place where we got the car was also generous enough to give us a birthday cake. Clever marketing ploy! 😀
The necklace I bought from Krystal has finally arrived. I gave it to my sister because earlier I promised to get her one. Unfortunately the piece that she wanted was already sold out and the one I ordered was the very last one available so I felt I should give it to her. Besides, I’ve already got a necklace from an earlier purchase so I’m content with that arrangement. 🙂
I’ve replaced the Blue Kitty emoticons with a new set of smilies (this one is from Neskaya.net) because I feel the kitty emoticons are a tad too small. I didn’t realise that the new set is a bit larger than I expected but I can’t be bothered to look for a more suitable one. Until I can find another smilies set that I like, I’ll stick with this little blonde girl smilies. /love
Today I did my presentation for the Islam in South-east Asia course (the very last one for this semester) and I feel I didn’t do well in it. I’m not expecting a good grade for it but I’m not too disappointed at that prospective. It is one of the toughest course I’ve ever taken and the reason why I take this course is because it is a requirement and there’s no way out of it. That’s the thing about having not much freedom; you do things that you don’t want to do because somebody else tell you to and you don’t have any say in it.
